The grapes were carefully selected from their vineyard in Maipú, 900 metres above sea level and fermented in stainless steel tanks without the addition of sulphites at any stage of vinification.
This powerful red is packed with robust blackberry notes, with hints of violet and cracked pepper on the nose. Firm yet balanced tannins and great purity.
Despite the lack of SO2, previous vintages have shown no noticeable deterioration 2 years post-release.
